Boxwood bronzing
Boxwood bronzing is associated with root system problems and usually occurs during the winter. Usually the bronzing dissapates once the weather begins to warm in the spring. Boxwoods showing this winter discoloration should be checked for exposed roots, dry soil or wet soil. Anything affecting roots adversely can lead to plant decline.
