Lawn care/shrub and tree care applicator: The applicator will be doing route work applying pesticides and fertilizers on our clients' property. After a 1 yr probationary period, during which time you will be trained to do your job to our specifications, you will be responsible for the route work in either a shrub and tree care route or lawn care route. This includes but is not limited to planning your day to meet daily production minimums, managing your spray truck to make sure it is ready to go out each day, application of our program to individual properties, filling out invoices for each job, and interacting with customers as needed to answer questions and or to explain services rendered.
